When you order a test through Triple T, you can rest assured you are in good hands. We only use SAMHSA certified labs and all of our laboratory-based testing is signed off by an MRO (Medical Review Officer). We accept FormFox, eScreen, Iscreen, and offer in house account set up. Our collection sites are here to provide you with the highest quality testing for all you pre-employment, random testing, accidental emergency testing, and any other various needs or types of urine drug tests, plus hair and alcohol saliva or breath.

DOT Physicals - Appointment Required

Our Provider is our certified medical examiner (CME) and takes the responsibility of certifying drivers seriously, and we understand that Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals can be stressful. We are committed to maintaining the rights and safety of our staff and the patients we serve.

A DOT physical is a health examination mandated by the FMCSA for commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers. A DOT physical helps determine if a driver is physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to operate a CMV.
** If you are a commercial driver, you are a “safety-sensitive” employee. And for your safety and the public’s safety, FMCSA requires you to complete and pass a DOT physical to maintain a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
